Re: Document for final review

Hi team,
Here is the assembled document relating to our Network upgrade initiative. These
pieces have been circulated individually, and comments noted and dealt with, but I
thought it might be helpful if I sent all of them in one document for final approval.
As a reminder, we need to this document approved for the finance analysts and
executive team approval. The deadline is next Friday. Our IS department can review the
final recommendations the next Tuesday, and we need to give our infrastructure team at
least a week to review the files in preparation for the implementation.
Please review the materials and indicate your approval below. Let me know if there are
